How long will it take to get my order?

Orders generally arrive within 7-10 business days — sometimes sooner. After you order, you'll receive a confirmation email, as well as another email when your order ships with a tracking number.

If it's been longer than 10 business days and you still haven't received your items, please contact us and we'll get you taken care of.

Can I just pick up my item at a show?

Unfortunately, we can only ship to an address for the items in our store for the time being. Show pickup isn't currently an option.

What is your return policy?

Generally, we accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Please contact us if you have an item you'd like to return or exchange, and we can get it sorted out.

How do your digital downloads work?

After you purchase an item that has a digital download, you'll be able to download a ZIP file with all your files enclosed. If for some reason you didn't receive your files or there is something missing, contact us and we'll get it fixed right away.
